Louise you can still do it if not a SENCo - although funding would have to
be found ... also, I understand, that member of staff would need additional
support to meet requirements - i.e. be able to conduct reviews etc ...

A member of my staff was lined up to do the award, but other things took
priority at this stage ... so it is possible, thanks, Gareth
