[Senco-forum] Nurture Group - Secondary

Morning!!
 
I have had our Statemented students allocation through for september, and am intending on setting up a nurture group for a small cohort of 4-5 students. The significant need is behaviour, although low ability (L1-2) is also key. 
 
I am planning on doing some nurture and students also being in class (supported)...
 
So... the crux of it is! Has anyone got some awesome ideas/resources that would be useful for me in setting this up, before i start reinventing the wheel... my school has never had nurture groups before... (although I have in previous places). We are a large (1700) high achieving comp - which is massively different to my nurture group settings before... 
 
What subjects am I best to extract from? How much? Do people have awesome monitoring/tracking methods??
