[Senco-forum] TA Appraisals

Some advice please for a new SENCo!  We  have not done any appraisals for 
our TA's for the last 3 years.  I have  been asked by the Principal to make 
sure that these start happening again.   How do other SENCo's make this a 
worthwhile use of their time & what is  the latest  recommended format? We  
have 15 TA's.  There is  currently no opportunity for our TA's to progress from 
level 1 to 2, let alone 3  or HLTA due to financial constraints.  I am at a 
loss to know how to  proceed with this!
