[Senco-forum] Action Plus

We are a primary school.

We put all children having one to one support outside the classroom, with a
specialist teacher, on the SEN register as Action Plus. Also any children
with a Statement and some who are having support for EAL. Also some
children who are having speech and language therapy or occupational therapy
with outside professionals.All school action children have an IEP.

All others are School Action and we have a separate register for this, as
much of this provision is given in small groups, or in the classroom. All
school,action children have either a group IEP or an individual Record of
Concern.
