Jane Emerson and Patricia Babtie's Dyscalculia Assessment is great for identifying the gaps. Takes a bit of time but is well worth it. It is aimed at primary but I have found it really good in secondary as well because the gaps in the basics are the same in dyscalculia whatever the age.
best wishes

Subject: [Senco-forum] Dyscalculia

Hello lovely forum peopleMy daughter is a secondary maths teacher. She is interested in Dyscalculia and recently did some training with the BDA.She will have a very low ability maths YR7 maths set next year. I read on the forum that a new test is being developed but obviously there is nothing to indicate at the moment that there might be a Dyscalculia problem. Can anyone recommend a diagnostic test so that gaps in learning can be identified and addressed? Online or paper based? Children's levels likely to be L2/3many thanksjacquiw
